04/18/10 - Week 174 Iris Season While the early spring flowers like daffodils and tulips are about finished around here the iris are just getting started. The deep purple and yellow ones on the West side of the house are just starting to bud out but these purple and white ones are really starting to take off outside my office window. From a distance there isn't much to them but up close they are really a complex flower. Don't' forget, clicking on the image to the left gets you the large version.
